A Case of Tuberous Sclerosis

Abstract

|
A case of 23 year-old male with tuberous sclerosis was reported. He had classical triad symptoms, and his family history also revealed adenoma sebaceum in his father, uncle and elder brother.
Lateral view of skull revealed multiple amorphous subcortical calcified densities in the frontoparietal lobe. His electroencephalographic study showed consistent and characteristic findings of multifocal spikes with high amplitude. Abnormalities was lore prominent in the anterior half of the head. Background maturation was poor.
